You've seen him on Scandal, NCIS, Goliath, The Sopranos, City on the Hill, and so many more - come meet actor (and Long Beach local!) MATTHEW DEL NEGRO as he teaches us how to overcome rejection and bounce back with his book, 10,000 No's: How to Overcome Rejection on the Way to Your YES.  

Live and in person, Del Negro will lead a talk on how to make it through tough times and deal with massive uncertainty by retaining the flexibility to change course and follow your passion. You'll learn tricks and tools for developing perseverance, persistence, and resilience in your own life!

Copies of 10,000 No's are available at the Library to borrow. Copies will also be available for purchase if desired, and the author will be signing these copies following his talk and Q&A session.
