About the Author: Lidia Matticchio Bastianich is the author of fifteen cookbooks and is the Emmy Award-winning host of Lidia’s Kitchen. The co-host of Nonna Senti Che Fame…Pensaci Tu, which airs on Italy's Discovery+, she was also a judge on Junior MasterChef Italy and has appeared on the daily program La Prova del Cuoco.
