Join us in this celebration of Black History integrating not only the historical milestones of Black History but also the visual arts, poetry, theatre, and song. Art meets social justice for everyday people through the themes of struggle, freedom, and resilience - all expressed through art and the spoken word. The program--organized by the North Park Community Development Corporation--will feature works from local Black and Afro-Latino artists including local artist Ronald McHenry, poet Professor Anissa Moore, musician Kathy Teemer, as well as Runnie Myles & Company.

This is an in-person program taking place in the Library. Space is limited. Register below to receive a reminder about this event. Masks required.
