Event Details

This week's Chair Yoga class will be held at Main Library in the Auditorium.

With gentle instruction by Librarian Nicole, together we will build strength, flexibility and mental well-being. Nicole is a certified Yoga instructor with experience leading our weekly children's yoga classes at the LBPL.
