Did you know that socks are the number 1 request item of clothing at homeless shelters?

Join us for this special story-crafter class in honor of the "Great Give Back" Sock Collection.
Children ages 4-10 will listen to sock themed stories and then decorate white socks to add
to the "Sock Box".  All donations will go to a homeless shelter. Bring a donation for the box
in addition to decorating socks during class.

The Long Beach Library's "The Great Give Back" is a simple volunteer activity in conjunction
with other Nassau and Suffolk County libraries that is culminating on Oct 16th.
