Event Details

As part of the City's efforts to support our residents' housing needs and their desires to remain in Long Beach, the City is hosting a first-time home owner workshop. Speakers from Citibank, the State of NY Mortgage Agency (SONYMA), and the Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP) will discuss:

  • housing and financing programs for first-time home owners
  • tools and financial incentives to purchase a home, condo, or co-op. 
  • how to get 1-on-1 financial counseling to achieve your goals
