About Paul Myers: Paul Myers is a Toronto, Canada-born, Berkeley, California-based journalist, musician and songwriter, and the author of three music biographies including A Wizard A True Star: Todd Rundgren in the Studio (jawbone press, 2010) and the critically acclaimed biography, It Ain't Easy: Long John Baldry and the Birth of the British Blues, which garnered rave reviews in Mojo, Ugly Things,Goldmine, the Canadian national paper, The Globe and Mail. Myers was also nominated for a Gemini Award (the Canadian Emmy) for writing the Bravo TV/ BBC 4 television documentary program Long John Baldry: In The Shadow Of The Blues, based upon his book. He is also one-half of San Francisco music duo, The Paul & John.

About S.W. Lauden: S.W. Lauden is the editor of Forbidden Beat: Perspectives on Punk Drumming. He is also the co-editor of the essay collections, Go All The Way: A Literary Appreciation of Power Pop, and the sequel, Go Further.
