This beginner-friendly introduction to AI and ChatGPT for both everyday life and work. Participants learn what AI is, how it works at a high level, and how to use ChatGPT safely and effectively for tasks like writing, learning, planning, and problem-solving.

Josh Varon is a business operations consultant, AI educator, and founder of Varon Consulting. He delivers hands-on, approachable workshops that help professionals and community members understand and use AI tools like ChatGPT for writing, research, organization, and everyday problem-solving—at work and at home.
