Lifestyle Changes for Prediabetes
Prediabetes means you have a higher than normal blood sugar level, but it's not high enough to be considered type 2 diabetes yet. But without lifestyle changes prediabetes could be reversed. Dr. Behringer-Massera will discuss the dietary adjustments to reverse and prevent prediabetes, the importance of exercise and sleep hygiene, as well as stress management reverse and prevent prediabetes.
