Event Details
The session begins with a guided visual meditation, creating mental imagery for health and well-being with the goal of putting forth the very best you each day. The guided meditation will be followed by a hybrid yoga session combining seated with the opportunity of standing, asanas. A mat will not be used during this session.
Randy Kinsley is a Guided Meditation & Yoga Facilitator; college credited in both, she has been practicing and providing instruction for over 40 years. Randy has worked with travel sports teams up through D1 Programs, Non-Profit and For Profit entities. She has worked with children as young as 2nd grade up through adults of every age. Randy has also led Parents/Grandparents in Baby & Me yoga.
