Join us for an inspiring calligraphy workshop with Marcy Robinson!
Award-winning lettering artist Marcy Robinson—whose work has been featured in Alphabet: The Journal of the Friends of Calligraphy, 100 NY Calligraphers, Manuale Calligraphicum, and more—will guide you through the timeless art of beautiful writing.

Marcy studied under world-renowned calligraphers Julian and Sheila Waters and even designed the Alphabet journal logo for its 2011 issues. Her work is known for its artistry, elegance, and craftsmanship—and now you can learn from her directly!

In this hands-on session, you’ll explore fundamental calligraphic strokes, pen angles, and letterforms, gaining insight into Marcy’s own creative process. Using traditional tools and modern flair, you’ll create a personalized piece—such as a name card, quote print, or mini artwork—to take home and show off your newfound skills.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced letter-lover, you’ll leave inspired, ink-smudged (in the best way), and ready to see the beauty in every letter!
