Event Details

Nassau County’s Office for the Aging empowers older persons to live more independently community wide. We provide more than 70 programs for the elderly, such as health and counseling, county-wide. Nassau NY Connects is an information and assistance hotline. It is a statewide program where individuals can obtain accurate information and assistance. It has person centered counseling to determine the best course of action and provides long-term care services.
