Event Details

Paula Curci, Nassau County Poet Laureate 2022-2024 and Journal to the Self ™ Certified Instructor,  will guide participants through several writing prompts to create free verse poetry.  No experience in writing poetry is required. Registration is required for this program, please register below.

This Festival Workshop is part of the Teachers and Writers Collaborative, and the New York State Poet Laureate, William Perdomo’s, #NYStateofPoetry week. Poet Laureates across the state are celebrating National Poetry Month, and the transformative power of poetry, with workshops and events - between April 14th and  April 20th.
