Restorative yoga is a gentle and deeply relaxing style of yoga designed to calm the nervous system and promote healing on a physical, mental, and emotional level. Unlike more active forms of yoga, restorative yoga focuses on long-held poses with the support of props to help the body fully relax.
Props are required for this class. Please bring mat, bolster, and blanket. Eye pillow or mask is encouraged.
Registration required.
Don't be a no-show! If you find you are unable to attend a class for which you are registered, please remember to cancel your registration! Many of our exercise classes are filled to capacity. Cancelling allows a patron on the waitlist to attend.

LBPL cardholders are prioritized for registration in this program. If you do not have an LBPL card, you can still register and be put on a "pending waitlist".
