Join French Canadian Author & Illustrator Sophie Escabasse for a virtual author visit to discuss her (soon to be) 4 part Graphic Novel Book Series Witches of Brooklyn!
Sophie will discuss her book series with us, conduct a Q&A session, and show us how she creates and draws her character designs!
Sophie will be on the big screen in our auditorium, and we will interact with her via zoom as we discuss the series, learn about her characters and watch her as she leads us in a character drawing of Effie's pet, Lion! You may attend in person at Long Beach Public Library OR virtually on Zoom. IN PERSON attendees that are registered will be given a gift pack with colored pencils, erasers, coloring sheets and paper so that you can follow the illustration demo!
