Join us for this global annual celebration held on the last Saturday in April.
The ancient practices of Tai Chi & Qi Gong combines slow, deliberate movements, meditation and breathing exercises that assists in restoring and cultivating our body energy - called Qi.
Join us for demonstrations, follow along practice, special guest speakers, Ear Acupuncture, Sound Bath and Meditation.
All ages invited!
