Get your blood flowing with Lori Rozell, a certified group fitness instructor. Beginners are welcome in this low-impact cardio class which includes ab strengthening. Class start time is 11:05.
LBPL cardholders are prioritized for registration in this program. If you do not have an LBPL card, you can still register and be put on a "pending waitlist". If there are seats available 72 hours before the program, you will receive an email notifying you that your registration is confirmed. So please make sure you enter your email address :)
