Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this gentle yoga class featuring certified RYT instructor Beverlee Bertinetti. Using a combination of seated and standing positions, you’ll learn balance, breathing, and focus like never before. Beginners are welcome, and this class is open to all.
