If you've been sedentary all day, get your blood flowing with Lori Rozell, a certified group fitness instructor. Beginners are welcome in this low-impact cardio class which includes ab strengthening. 

This is a hybrid class. You can either join us in person at the library or on Zoom:

TO JOIN US IN PERSON at the Library, please register below. Priority is given to those who have registered since in-person space is limited. If you'd like to use light weights, please bring them with you to class.
