The Long Beach Public Library is pleased to present our new "Meet the Music Makers" series!

Join us live on Zoom for an intimate conversation with Frank Bello, an American musician, most notable as bassist for the legendary thrash metal band Anthrax. On hiatus from Anthrax, he briefly performed with Helmet, but he has appeared on every Anthrax release since 1985. He lives in New York. Hear some of the stories, anecdotes and lessons learned as detailed in his new book Fathers, Brothers, and Sons: Surviving Anguish, Abandonment, and Anthrax with host Darren Paltrowitz. Register below to submit your questions to Frank Bello!

Darren Paltrowitz is an LBNY resident, music journalist, and host of the podcast "Paltrocast with Darren Paltrowitz." He has written for the New York Daily News, Inquisitr, The Daily Meal, The Hype Magazine, All Music Guide, Guitar World, TheStreet.com, Businessweek, Chicago Tribune, L.A.
