Please request the full Auditorium only if you're expecting more than 100 people to attend your event or meeting. The Auditorium can also be split into other configurations via movable panels so if you're expecting fewer people, please email jwilliamson@longbeachlibrary.org to check availability.
Equipment
The Auditorium includes an in-ceiling projector, screen, and audio system. You may also request other equipment when making your room reservation although equipment availability is not guaranteed.
Seating
There are rectangular tables, square card tables, and chairs available for the Auditorium (full). You can choose from standard room set-ups. If you have a room set-up that's not one of the Library's standard room set-ups, an additional charge of $60 per hour (prorated by the quarter hour) will apply.
