Event Details

This popular Chair Yoga class focuses on a full-body practice and will help reduce stress and stiffness. Special guest instructor Mimi Abrahams will be taking us through the movements for the month of July. Class start time is 9:05. 

This is a hybrid class. The instructor is live in the Auditorium. You can join on Zoom or In Person:
