Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this gentle yoga class led by special guest instructor Miriam Abrahams. Using a combination of seated and standing positions, you’ll learn balance, breathing, and focus like never before. Beginners are welcome, and this class is open to all.
Feel free to bring an optional yoga block and yoga strap if desired. Class start time is 9:05.
This is a hybrid class. The instructor is live in the Auditorium. You can join on Zoom or In Person:
