Program Description

Event Details

This popular Chair Yoga class focuses on a full-body practice and will help strengthen your nervous system and reduce stress and stiffness. Nicole is a certified 500 hour yoga teacher, she teaches Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Beach Yoga, and Albums & Asanas at LBPL. The instructor recommends eating only a light meal or practicing on an empty stomach. Feel free to bring an optional yoga block and yoga strap if desired. Class start time is 9:05.   

This is a hybrid class. The instructor is live in the Auditorium at the Main Library. You can join on Zoom or In Person:
