Qi Gong is a Chinese exercise and natural healing technique that uses meditation, controlled breathing, and gentle movement exercises for self-healing and empowerment. Join certified Qi Gong instructor Norman Kraker in this 4-week class at the West End branch of Long Beach Library, which will go over the fundamentals of this powerful healing technique which has been proven to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety levels, build stamina, and increase emotional balance.
