Pilates is an amazing form of cross training and an effective and challenging way to build core strength and stability. Join instructor Pat Cappeto as we focus on this “power house” core workout. Participants of all skill levels will enjoy a movement experience that is goal-driven and encourages improved body mechanics, balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. This is a gentle class (not easy) that is virtually no impact, but intense in an entirely new way.
Please bring a yoga mat! This is an in-person program only. The instructor will be live in the Auditorium. Please register below.
