Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this gentle yoga class featuring certified RYT instructor Beverlee Bertinetti. Using a combination of seated and standing positions, you’ll learn balance, breathing, and focus like never before. Beginners are welcome, and this class is open to all. When joining us from home, please use a sturdy folding chair placed on a yoga mat.
This is a hybrid class. The instructor is live in the Auditorium at the Main Library. You can join on Zoom or In Person:
