Event Details
Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this accessible yoga for every body with Miriam Abrahams. Using a combination of seated and standing positions, you’ll learn balance, breathing, and focus. Beginners are welcome, and this class is open to all. When joining us from home, please use a sturdy folding chair placed on a yoga mat.
This is a hybrid class. The instructor is live at the Main Library. You can join on Zoom or In Person:
