Event Details
This beginner friendly hatha yoga class focuses on yoga poses, breathwork, intention setting, and self-care. Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques to channel energy. Nicole is a librarian and certified yoga instructor who also teaches Chair Yoga, Yoga on the Beach, Kid's Yoga, and Family Yoga.
Please bring a mat to practice on!
Accessibility Note: Must be able to get up and down to the ground with relative ease and get to hands and knees comfortably.
