Program Description

Event Details

Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques, to channel vital energy source. This beginner friendly class focuses on yoga poses, breathwork, intention setting, and self care. Nicole is a trained Yoga Instructor, she teaches Chair Yoga, Yoga on the Beach, and Kid's Yoga. 

Accessibility Notes: Must be able to get up and down to the ground with relative ease and get to hands and knees comfortably.
