If you've been sedentary all day, get your blood flowing with Lori Rozell, a certified group fitness instructor. Beginners are welcome in this low-impact cardio class which includes ab strengthening. Light weights are optional for a full-body workout, or you can also use water bottles or other household items if you prefer.
