Meditation session with Lisa Wisel, MS, BC-DMT, LCAT
Meditation will:
- EASE your mind
- SOOTHE your emotions
- HEAL your body
Learn how to be in alignment and replenish the peace that resides within you. Join Lisa, a masters prepared dance/movement therapist, gestalt psychotherapist and non-dual healer. She will guide and teach you how to “have your own back” and nourish yourself with compassion.
This is a hybrid class. The instructor is live in person in the Library's Auditorium. You can join on Zoom or In Person:
