Program Description

Event Details

This meditative movement class with Marissa Moser promotes profound somatic healing. If you've ever tried to sit still to meditate and struggled to stop the thoughts in your head, this is for you! As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a lifelong dancer, Marissa is inspired by the connection between mind + body + soul.

Participants are encouraged to keep their eyes closed as much as possible in order to better connect with their own body. We'll begin with seated breathwork and meditation followed by a gentle stretch. Slowly, we'll rise up to our feet and lose ourselves in music and intuitive movement! Finally, we'll ground down after with a relaxing savasana.

Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open mind.

Lafayette Blvd. on the beach.
