Designed to help relax and relieve stress by focusing on the breath (pranayama), Stephanie Durso's popular class will help improve flexibility, balance, and concentration. The exercises are done in a standing position, but seated chair modifications are available. We'll finish off with a short guided meditation leaving you feeling peaceful and inspired. Please wear comfortable clothing and have a chair available. 1-3 pound weights are optional for a more challenging workout.
