Program Description

Event Details

Increase strength, flexibility, and balance through an engaging Pilates class taught by Pat Cappeto. Pilates integrates breath and movement with proper body mechanics to increase greater physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels.

Please bring a mat to practice on!

Exercise
