Join instructor Yoanna Da Vinci (in lineage of the Wudang, WuGulun and Vietnamese Vovinam Schools)on the healing and delightful journey of QIGONG as Dance, with elements of TaiJi. Experience natural and relaxing physical therapy with mindful breathing, moving with the ancient QiGong forms as they were practiced on the Silk Road while listening to soothing music.
