For this week only, Pat's class will be IN PERSON ONLY. No Zoom.
This challenging workout is for active adults looking for a full-body workout. We will target multiple muscle groups, from your arms and abs to your calves and thighs. Improve functional activity for daily living by increasing your muscular strength, endurance, and range of motion!
This is an in-person program taking place on the 2nd floor of the Library. Feel free to bring optional light weights and exercise bands if you have them. Register below.
