Join us for this 8-week series of Tai Chi for Falls and Arthritis presented by Mount Sinai South Nassau.

Tai Chi is an evidence-based program that strengthens your body, improves your balance and stability, relaxes your mind, and increases your cognitive prowess. The Tai Chi for Fall Prevention and Arthritis Program has been created in collaboration with the Arthritis Foundation and has been modified to prevent joint damage. This program can also be performed in the seated position. 

THIS PROGRAM IS A CONSECUTIVE SERIES STARTING 1/7/26 AND RUNNING UNTIL 3/4/26. REGISTRATION FOR THE 1/7/26 EVENT IS SIGNING UP FOR THE ENTIRE SERIES. PLEASE ONLY REGISTER IF YOU CAN ATTEND ALL SESSIONS.

Class WILL NOT meet on January 19th, February 9th, 11th, and 16th.
