Join Deborah McElligott from Northwell Health’s Center for Wellness & Integrative Medicine for this fun 4-week Tai Chi Easy class designed to boost immunity, build resilience, and create positivity. This carefully developed, evidenced-based approach to Tai Chi that makes it easy, beneficial, and fun right away. The slow and gentle movements can help:

-strengthen the body’s own healing forces

-support disease prevention

-reduce stress and improve quality of life.

Each session includes a focus on breathing, meditation, and various mindful Qigong and Tai Chi movements.

Tai Chi Easy is generally safe for people of all ages and levels of fitness. No prior experience is needed.
