Tai Chi Easy is a way of doing Tai Chi that makes it simple, fun & beneficial right away.
Each hour session includes a focus on breath awareness, Qi Gong and self-massage, 5 moves of Tai Chi & ends with a brief meditation. It can be done sitting, standing or walking. The movements are gentle. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Debbie McElligott is our class leader. She is an Integrative NP, and a Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader. The program is sponsored by Northwell's Katz Institute for Women's Health & The Center for Wellness & Integrative Medicine in Roslyn.
