Discover the joy and beauty of watercolor in this welcoming four-session course designed especially for beginners. Participants will learn basic watercolor techniques through guided exercises and small projects. No prior art experience is needed—just bring your curiosity, creative spirit, and a willingness to experiment. This class encourages exploration, play, and self-expression in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Students should bring the following supplies: watercolor paints, watercolor brushes, pencil and eraser, roll of painter's tape approximately 1 inch wide, plastic board size not smaller than 8 ½ x 11 (Any white plastic place mat will work or card board covered by plastic wrap), a container for water.
In addition, there will be a $10 materials fee payable to the instructor for required watercolor paper.
Registration is required. Please be certain you are able to attend all four class meetings.
