Event Details
This Hatha yoga class is designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles and free your mind. Instructor Stephanie Durso will guide you into each pose and provide alignment cues for holding the pose and breathing deeply. Most poses are performed on a mat, but there are some seated chair modifications available if desired. Please bring a yoga mat and optional yoga block and yoga strap if desired.
This is a hybrid class. The instructor is live at the Main Library. You can join on Zoom or In Person:
