Event Details

This popular virtual Chair Yoga class focuses on a full-body practice from head to toe and will help strengthen your nervous system and reduce stress and stiffness. Using a combination of seated and standing positions, you’ll learn balance, breathing, and focus like never before. Beginners are welcome, and this class is open to all. 

Guest presenter for this week is certified RYT instructor, Beverlee Bertinetti.

Please use a sturdy folding chair placed on a yoga mat and wear something comfortable.
