Dance your way to fitness with instructor Barbara Prince in this high energy exercise class.

Join instructor Yoanna Da Vinci (in lineage of the Wudang, WuGulun and Vietnamese Vovinam Schools)on the healing and delightful journey of QIGONG as Dance, with elements of TaiJi.

This Hatha yoga class is designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles and free your mind. Instructor Stephanie Durso will guide you into each pose and provide alignment cues for holding the pose and breathing deeply.

During these 4 sessions the class will be working primarily with oils on small canvas paper. Brushes, canvas paper, and oils will be provided by the instructor.

Join Miss Jennifer for a class for New Parents where we will discuss parenting tips and tricks, all while learning about how important tummy time is for your baby’s development.

Join Miss Jennifer for a fun fish themed storytime and craft.
