This Hatha yoga class is designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles and free your mind. Instructor Stephanie Durso will guide you into each pose and provide alignment cues for holding the pose and breathing deeply.

Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this accessible yoga for every body with Miriam Abrahams. Using a combination of seated and standing positions, you’ll learn balance, breathing, and focus.

Your 2 to 5 year old will have lots of fun in this music & movement program using puppets, instruments, finger play and dancing to encourage socialization and healthy expelling of energy.

Stories, games, and other activities help kids develop their fine and gross motor skills. They also learn social skills and preschool readiness skills including sharing, listening, focusing, and participating.

Come join for a highly social and interactive baby music class that introduces rhythm, tone, melody, and movement. Kids and parents will sing, dance, explore instruments, and learn from one another as they fall in love with music.
