Event Details
Chair yoga is the perfect way to reduce stress, stiffness, and tension in your body. This gentle practice - led by guest instructor Beverlee Bertinetti this week - focuses on a full-body practice. You can join on Zoom or register here for in person. Or call the Library to register at 516-432-7201 x225. Space is limited. Masks required. Chairs will be provided. Feel free to bring an optional yoga block and yoga strap if desired.
