Event Details
Chair yoga is the perfect way to reduce stress, stiffness, and tension in your body. This week's class is being led by Miriam Abrahams, a certified Ayurvedic yoga instructor and practiced chair yoga teacher.
Miriam Abrahams is Yoga Alliance certified in the Kripalu hatha yoga tradition with over 750 hours of training in Ayurvedic, restorative, yoga nidra, and memory maintenance both on the mat and in the chair. She's been practicing 25 years and teaching for 11.
This is a hybrid class. Start time is 9:05am. The instructor will be live in the Auditorium. You can join on Zoom or In Person:
