Gary Jansen is a Certified Meditation and Health Instructor and will help you achieve positive lifelong change through meditation. Each class will include valuable information on mediation for stress relief, emotional well-being and better sleep.

Don't be a no-show! If you find you are unable to attend a class for which you are registered, please remember to cancel your registration! Many of our exercise classes are filled to capacity. Cancelling allows a patron on the waitlist to attend.
