We are pleased to present Long Beach Library's brand new Historical Fiction Book Club! Led by Librarian Joan Yonish, February's pick is A Week in Paris by Rachel Hore. This is an in-person meeting taking place on the 2nd floor of the Library. Books are available at the front desk of the Library three weeks before the meeting.

When talented young violinist Fay Knox arrives in Paris from England, the city feels familiar to her. But not because Fay has visited Paris before. As she traces the roots of her past, Faye is taken back to 1937 Paris - and the eve of a war that changed her mother's life forever. And the dark secret Faye uncovers has her questioning who she really is and where she belongs.

February - A Week in Paris by Rachel Hore

March - The Lost Girls of Paris by Pam Jenoff

April - Defectors by Joseph Kanon

May - The Whispers of War by Julia Kelly

June - Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate
