We are pleased to present Long Beach Library's brand new Historical Fiction Book Club, led by librarian Joan Yonish. This is an in-person program taking place on the 2nd floor of the Library. May's pick is The Whispers of War by Julia Kelly.

In August of 1939, as Britain watches the headlines in fear of another devastating war with Germany, three childhood companions must choose between friendship and country.
